     Shandong Shenquan College, Shanghai Jiaotong University Education Group, held the first teaching and student management meeting of the new semester on the morning of October 18, 2018 at the new campus in Pingyin。The meeting was mainly reported by the two departments of the Academic Affairs Office and the Student Affairs Office on the teaching and student management work of this week。

First, standardized teaching from the point of view

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Zhang Xinwei of the Academic Affairs Office briefly introduced the four contents of the teaching conference: the summary of the teaching work of the big week, the description of the monthly assessment rules, the explanation of the teaching standard process, and the description of the eight education work。

First of all, Director Wang Chang of the Academic Affairs Office affirmed the teaching of seven teachers such as Ge Xuemei and Liu Ying according to the findings of a big week's classroom inspection, and also explained the problems in the teaching process of this big week, requiring each teacher to highlight the teaching style at the same time, but also strictly abide by the teaching standard process。

Then, Yan Meiqin gave a detailed explanation of the monthly assessment rules for this semester。Third, teacher Yang Xueyu, who is experienced in teaching, explained the standard process of teaching。According to the learning situation of our students, Ms. Yang vividly and meticulously shared her teaching experience from the aspects of waiting for class, teaching, classroom management, blackboard writing, reflection, etc. The teachers also got a lot of inspiration from it。

Finally, Director Feng Shuxuan announced the good news that our school's "Deep Spring Eight Education Characteristic education system" was registered by the National Copyright Administration and protected by the state. The teachers were greatly encouraged and believed that this was just the beginning of a milestone and the future Deep Spring was unstoppable!

There is no small matter in student management

In the second item of the meeting, Zhao Xingquan, director of the Student Affairs Office, summarized the student management work of this week。At the meeting, Director Zhao stressed that class management should be careful at the beginning, affirming the hard work of every class teacher and instructor。Class is the basic unit of school work and students' life and study. An excellent class cannot be separated from the supervision and control of class teachers and instructors. Their efforts make us feel the value of teachers。At the same time, Director Zhao also explained the key work to be carried out in the next week, indicating that the Student Office will uphold the strict and meticulous spirit of student management work to do the best。
